Registration & Subscribtion
- Registration is done via member administration system Eversports and goes in order of registration / subscription.
- The membership of NextDance is strictly personal, and bound to your identity,
- NextDance reserves the right to change lesson times, lesson schedules, rates, house rules and general terms and conditions.
- NextDance will inform the customer at least two months in advance about the changed conditions and the effective date thereof. If the customer wants to terminate the agreement as a result of the change, he must do so at least one month before the commencement date. The cancellation will take effect one month after receipt of the cancellation by NextDance.
- The student opts for a subscription for an indefinite period of time. During this period, the student may follow one or two lessons per week of his / her level or lower.
Unsubscribe
- Cancellation of subscription can be monthly. With due observance of a notice period of 1 month.
- Cancellation is done via Eversports.
Trail lesson
- Costs for a trial lesson or trial lesson week (eXperience week) are € 0,-
- You can participate per person in 1 trial lesson period (eXperience week) per year. If more trial lessons are desired, this will be done in consultation with NextDance teacher(s).
Contribution
- The payment of the contribution for NextDance can only take place by means of direct debit via Eversports.
- The amount of the tuition fees is determined annually by the management of NextDance.
- NextDance will announce any price increases 4 weeks in advance.

- In the event of late payment, the customer is in default after he has been informed in writing by NextDance and has still been given the opportunity to pay the amount still due within 2 weeks. After the expiry of the new payment date, NextDance is entitled to statutory interest and extrajudicial costs. Furthermore, NextDance is authorized to refuse the customer access to the dance facilities.
Illness / Injury
In case of illness and injuries, it can be a reason for freezing subscription. The temporary termination of membership is always done in consultation with NextDance.
Other
- NextDance is not liable for loss and / or loss (theft) of property.
- Participation in the lessons of NextDance is at your own risk. The dance studio accepts no liability for damage caused as a result of the use of the facilities and / or participation in the lessons, consequences of injuries, illness and any injury suffered during the stay at and in close proximity to the location.
- If the lessons cannot take place on location, the lessons will be offered online as a replacement.
Lesson location(s)
- The students must adhere to and follow the rules that apply in the lesson location.
During, before and after class
- During the lessons you must behave in such a way that third parties are not bothered by this, also think of your hygiene & physical care.
- Bringing friends is allowed, but participation must be registered in advance by telephone or e-mail (as a trial lesson). Or before the start of the lesson with the relevant teacher(s).
